- If you decide to hire a Smiles nanny full time, she will work for you from Mon – Fri, 8h a day (160 h per month, i.e., 8h a day x 20 working days).
- Our agency offers several default packages showcased in the table below. However, we can also devise personalized plans according to your requirements and the needs of your child. Feel free to contact us and we will help you quickly find a reliable and qualified nanny.
- The prices are the same for both the citizens of Serbia and foreigners living in Serbia

Terms and Conditions
- All booked arrangements have to be paid in full before our nanny starts working for you.
- In case you cancel the arrangement less than 24h before the agreed starting date, we will refund you 50% of the paid amount.
- The cost of overtime work is calculated in hours depending on the package you purchased. We don’t charge extra for the overtime work that lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
- In case you require our nanny stays after 10 pm to take care of your child, you are obligated to pay for her food, transportation, or accommodation.
