Terms and Conditions
- All booked arrangements have to be paid in full before our nanny starts working for you.
- In case you cancel the arrangement less than 24h before the agreed starting date, we will refund you 50% of the paid amount.
- The cost of overtime work is calculated in hours depending on the package you purchased. We don’t charge extra for the overtime work that lasts no longer than 30 minutes.
- In case you require our nanny stays after 10 pm to take care of your child, you are obligated to pay for her food, transportation, or accommodation.
