How to Become a Smiles Nanny

To become a part of the Smiles team, you will have to go through several stages of our recruitment process. We need to learn about your education, level of expertise, previous experiences in childcare, and courses you’ve completed. The entire evaluation process may take up to 21 days.

Once you fill out the  on our website, you will have an interview with Jelena, and then we will:

–  Verify your original documentation

–  Check how well you understand the developmental psychology of a child

–  Ensure you’re creative and capable of inciting children to perform physical activities

–  Perform health checks (all candidates must have a sanitary booklet issued by the local Public Health Institute)

–  Conduct criminal background checks (we need the confirmation from the Ministry of Interior that you have no prior convictions and that no criminal charges were ever pressed against you)

We also need to see the confirmation that you are First Aid certified as well as reference letters from your previous employers.
